A renowned university don, Professor Johnson Alao, who is also the Dean, School of Postgraduate Studies, Federal University, Gashua, Yobe State, has achieved an impressive milestone as he bagged a degree in Law from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Makurdi Study Centre.
Alao also disclosed that studying with NOUN was worthwhile for him because it afforded him the opportunity to study Law, a course he had always desired to read.
He explained that his experience studying with the university was a mixed one, citing the registration of his courses, reading, doing TMAs and writing the examinations were both exciting and challenging.
In a chat with the NOUN News correspondent in Markudi, Alao, while collecting his certificate, said what motivated him to pursue his Law degree with NOUN was because of its innovative and new normal way of education delivery with ease without having to leave one’s employment.
