The Igbeti Town Hall Meeting, organized by the leadership of Igbeti Toro Abuja Branch in collaboration with the Igbeti Youth Forum, brought together esteemed personalities, including His Royal Majesty, the Oba of Igbeti, Oba Engr Bashir Olalekan Abioye Siyanbola IV and many industrious sons and daughters of Igbeti residing in Abuja, which include Dr. Segun Iroko, Dr.Gbadewole Amos the CEO of crown real estate, The National President of Igbeti Toro Alh Jimoh Olajide, and my humble self the president of Igbeti Youth.The meeting, held in Abuja, focused on discussing the developmental progress of Igbeti and ways to enhance the socio-economic growth of the community.
The primary objectives of the town hall meeting were to strengthen unity among Igbeti indigenes in Abuja and at home. to discuss developmental needs of Igbeti, mobilize resources and ideas for sustainable growth, and to encourage youth participation in community development.
His Royal Majesty, Oba Engr Bashir Olalekan Abioye Siyanbola IV appreciated the unity and efforts of Igbeti indigenes in Abuja. He emphasized the importance of heritage preservation, economic empowerment, and infrastructural development, urging all sons and daughters to contribute actively to Igbeti's progress.
As the Youth Leader, I highlighted the crucial role of youth involvement in shaping the future of Igbeti. I encouraged our people to embrace entrepreneurship, education, and community service, stressing that the progress of Igbeti lies in collective responsibility.
The town hall meeting was highly successful, reinforcing the commitment of Igbeti indigenes toward the sustainable development of the town. The leadership of Igbeti Toro Abuja Branch, the Igbeti Youth Forum, and other stakeholders expressed their dedication to implementing the resolutions reached.
I extend my gratitude to His Royal Majesty, the Oba of Igbeti, the Igbeti Toro Abuja leadership, industrious sons and daughters of Igbeti, and all attendees for their unwavering commitment to the progress and prosperity of our beloved town.
